History of Our Properties
Sedalia Housing Authority was competed in 1971. Our Courts are named after City Council members and Rev. Albright who answered the call for the need for low-income housing. One remaining Court bears the name of the "King of Ragtime" Scott Joplin who attended the historic George R. Smith College which was located in Sedalia, MO. Sedalia Housing Authority has 195 units of low-income housing located on two properties.
ANTHONY BUCKNER:
Named after a Sedalia, MO Soldier killed in action during the Vietnam War. This 145-unit property boasts several amenities;
